I really liked this water bottle for the short time I used it. The size is great; I only have to refill it once to get enough water for the day. However, it fell a distance of about 14 inches and broke into a million pieces. I tried to contact the company like they advertise I should do to get a replacement, but I cannot find a way to contact them.I looked specifically for borosilicate glass because it doesn’t break easily. I wonder if this is truly borosilicate since it broke with such slight provocation. I would like to know how to contact the company to receive a replacement.Got this for my boyfriend since he likes “glass” water bottles. This was the only one that didn’t have that stupid “you can do it!” Writing on the outside so I thought I’d give it a shot.It’s a big bottle so that’s a plus, the grip on it is nice, other than that there’s nothing better I can say.The cold water goes warm in about 10 minutes so it doesn’t last long at all, the cap is SO difficult to open. We’ve tried to screw it on very lightly so it wouldn’t be so tight but even then we have to use all our might to get the damn thing to screw open. It also starts stinking nasty after a while no matter how much I wash it. Definitely wouldn’t buy this one again.I bought two of these water bottles and both of them leak in my backpack. Will not recommend these water bottles.Ive been carrying this water bottle around the last few days and there are def some pros and cons. First, it looks good and is very sturdy. My water tastes great in the glass. The lid works well. I wash the bottle in the dishwasher and the lid I do by hand with soapy water. The con for me is that it is def heavier than plastic bottles so sometimes if I'm carrying other stuff it's a problem. It also does not fit in my car cup holders, so it rolls around my passenger seat. Overall, I really like the glass and the silicone sleeve that helps when carrying it. I will continue to use this as I prefer the taste of water in glass.This glass bottle went everywhere with me this summer. It has a silicone sleeve on it to keep it safe. Does not hold any kind of aftertaste like plastic and some metal water bottles have.Nice solid bottle. Slightly heavier than expected, can be inconvenient while biking.
