I absolutely love these glass water bottles. The large glass mason jars are to bulky for me. Originally I got the largest one however I found that one to be too large to drink out of comfortably. It holds more water therefore it tends to be a little heavy but not a lot. The carrying pouch it's definitely necessary because it makes it easier to carry them around and protects the lightweight glass which is another thing that I like about it. It is not a thick heavy glass either. The large one tolerated a lot of drops with the protective. After multiple drops the glass finally broke. After that I purchased the smaller unit which is way more comfortable to drink out of. Unfortunately I dropped this one as well and it did break on the first drop with the protective cover. I purchased another one because quite frankly I just need to be more careful. Unfortunately I have the dropsies. I don't put mine in the refrigerator because I prefer my water at room temperature however I do believe it would tolerate the refrigerator well. I don't recommend it for the freezer. I don't use the then stainless steel diffuser that it comes with so I can't comment on that. I have it in my drawer in case I want to use it. I don't use that handle that's wrapped around the top. I washed it with dish soap and water before. It comes in a box with some Chinese writing so I know it's made a long trip here. Just FYI.Simple but useful. It is quite big and it comes with protection to carry it around the gym. Great one to have if you are working out.This tea flask makes winter easier to get through, I love it!Has strange improper English it’s John the side of it. It says sports water bottle and then says how drinking out of a glass cups is good for your health LMAO. Try to get that off but wasn’t able to ended up covering with other stickers. Will update after I use it for a few weeks to a few months to see if it lastsI thought this was really cool up until i wanted to really clean it. the black part doesn't come off and it frustrates me because i want this thing spotless. overall, it's a great glass bottle. sturdy and everything.Great size and easy to cleanI had a hard time drinking from metallic water bottles. I could taste the metal when drinking my water from them.
