I have at least a dozen of these frames, they are so very cool. When this one arrived, one of the bars that would hold the picture in place was bent and not attached to the back of the frame. I reached out to exchange, I was sent another one. When this one arrived the left side of the tapered side was broken in three locations. I attempted to exchange for another one, but now my $$$ is being refunded. When the package arrives it is packaged very well and securely. The inside box containing the frame is also packaged securely and very well, but you can tell it has been “pre-packed”. When you open the box with the frame, it is very clear there is not efficient quality control on the J Delvin’s part. I have purchased them from retailers and when I saw them on Amazon, naturally I purchased from Amazon as they are a bit less in cost. Disappointed and frustrated!
